Treatment is available for anxiety disorders (including generalised anxiety and panic disorder), depression and mood disorders, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Sessions can take place in-person, or via Telehealth.
Individual sessions are tailored to fit each individual: their goals, strengths, challenges, and experience are all considered in developing an individualised treatment plan. Treatment utilises evidence based interventions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy and Mindfulness. I believe strongly in integrating therapeutic lifestyle elements and the mind-body connection.
Sessions can be offered in-person in Adelaide, SA, or via Telehealth (telephone or video).
