Decorate Your Holiday Schedule 🎄

A little reminder to 'decorate' your holiday season schedule in a way that supports your wellbeing!

Ho ho ho! Just a little reminder that some research has shown that emotional wellbeing actually decreases in the holiday season. There may be many contributors to this, such as: difficult family situations, financial pressure, scheduling challenges, all the expectations of 'perfection', and of course, the fires are heartbreaking for our community. So, if it is the case that it is a tough season for you, know that you are not alone. And of course, even if you love the 'silly season', remember that this does not mean that you won't experience any stress associated it.

As you make your way to the new decade, finish this one off in a kindly manner (I'm talking about self-kindness and self-compassion here). Hopefully the little infographic below will offer some education and inspiration for you! I know making it has been a good reminder for me.

See you in 2020!
